Sales Soar At The Queen’s Favourite Bag Brand

SALES at Launer - the handbag label best-known as a favourite of Her Majesty the Queen - has reported its most successful year to date, with sales up by 52 per cent. And the increase may just be down to the Queen's recent wave of sartorial experimentation.
The brand reveals that the increase came in a year that the Queen has worn more colourful handbags than ever before, as well as smaller handheld styles and clutches rather than just her traditional short-handled box bags.
"Launer continues to embrace more colour and design-led collections more than ever before," Gerald Bodmer, CEO of Launer, said. "Sales in colourful handbags have exploded both domestically and internationally this year."
Launer has launched a new colourful range - the Judi collection - in honour of the recent interest in its brighter pieces. Prices start at £1,095 from Launer.com.
