MY-WARDROBE.COM has unveiled its new strategy after being bought earlier this week when it entered administration. The directors of insolvency company Leonard Curtis sold the business to Growth Capital Acquisitions on Monday, and the retailer is now set to lower prices and to refocus its attentions on the UK market.
Chief executive David Worby - who joined the luxury e-tailer in June 2012 - and trading director Joanna Stevenson left the website earlier this week. Staff were asked to clear their desks and leave head office on Monday.
Worby will be replaced by My-Wardrobe co-founder Andrew Curran, who said the company could "now face the future with confidence", Drapers reports. Sarah Curran, the site's founder, left in July this year.
